The cleaning process is as follows:

1. Prepare the equipment

Connect the main unit of the weld cleaning machine (electrolytic cleaning machine)
Connect the cleaning gun (positive electrode) to the carbon brush/cloth head
Clamp the ground wire clamp (negative electrode) on the stainless steel workpiece

2. Dip in the cleaning solution

Dip the cleaning gun head in a special cleaning solution (containing weak acid components, such as phosphoric acid or citric acid)

3. Start cleaning

Lightly brush and move on the weld surface. After the current + chemical liquid + heat react, the weld spot and discoloration will be quickly decomposed
The weld will immediately return to a bright silver-white color with a consistent texture
Rinse the residual liquid
After cleaning, rinse with clean water or neutralizing liquid to prevent corrosion residue
